Sandy Beach Campground

Water activities take center stage at Sandy Beach Campground, an Encore RV Resort property operating seasonally from early May through mid-October along a New Hampshire lake. The campground accommodates various camping styles with drive-in, walk-in, and boat-in access options, plus full hookups for RVs including electric, water, and sewer connections.

The sandy beach provides launch areas for paddle boats, canoes, and row boats, all available on-site for campers wanting to get out on the water. A playground sits directly on the beach area. While the swimming zone can get weedy, the beach itself offers space for relaxation and sun exposure. Robert M. notes the campground stays "quiet during the weekdays, picks up over weekends but not to overbearing."

The campground draws many seasonal campers, creating a community atmosphere that reviewers describe as friendly. Sites can accommodate larger RVs, with successful stays reported for 34-foot rigs. Staff provides flexibility when initial site assignments don't work out, particularly for tent campers needing more space. Standard amenities include restrooms, showers, WiFi, and an on-site store.

For additional variety, campers can explore Spacious Skies French Pond, located southwest of this lakeside location.

4th of July

We enjoyed our stay. The first site we got was way too small for our tent and they accommodated us and gave us a choice of two others to pick from. A lot of seasonal people but friendly. Playground is on the beach. They don’t allow sparklers so that was a bummer ok the 4th, but still got to see fireworks . Showers are free. We would stay again!

Nice campground

The campground is very friendly... a lot of seasonal folks. We had a nice corner site which fit our 34’ rig just fine. The sandy beach is nice but the swimming area is quite weedy. Our biggest issue though was the over-abundance of gypsy moth worms. Crawling over everything and the concern of bringing them home with us to infest our trees. Not the campground’s fault, but of concern never the less. Could just be the year of the gypsy moth!

Quiet NE Campground

Small but well organized campground. TT members will find all th e comforts of home. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Quiet during the weekdays, picks up over weekends but not to overbearing. Sandy beach by the water has plenty of room to relax out in the sun as well as launch areas to set out in a paddle boat, canoe or row boat, all available on site. Mostly a 5th wheelers park but you can see a 34 foot class A here and there so don't fret, there is room.
