Harbine Park Campground

Creek access draws anglers and hikers to Harbine Park Campground, a municipal facility in Nelson with a short trail following the waterway. The campground accommodates RVs up to 50 feet with full hookups across four to five sites, priced at $10-15 per night with payment handled at city hall about half a mile away.

Campers find shaded sites and a dump station, though the small town offers limited services beyond two gas stations. The location works well for travelers seeking camping near Republic or those exploring south-central Nebraska's rural landscape.

Many campers appreciated the quiet atmosphere and full hookups at concrete pads for just $10-15 nightly. The small campground offers basic amenities in a peaceful setting with limited nearby services.

Quiet, no frills city park

Fairly quiet park off the highway. Not much to do around here but that's OK with us. Very small Midwest town. Two gas stations no grocery stores. 4 sites with 50 amp electric, water and sewer. $15 per day

Nice quiet, little city park

Looks to be about 5 campsites here with full hookups. $10 to camp, pay at city hall about 1/2 mile away. Shaded area with a short trail along the creek. Saw a dump station that we'll use in the morning.
