Fishberry Campground

We stayed here for over a month in a 5th wheel. The campground is on route 83 just North of Valentine NE. The town has an IGA, and a True Value hardware store. We found the restaurants to be very good. We used Starlink while there. Basically there is little to do when there are no rodeo's, but we enjoyed our stay. The campground has a small be clean laundry.

$50 per night for full hookup was a bit more than we expected. Sites are very close together and none of them have shade except 2, for part of the day, so it was blazing hot. Fire rings are tiny tiny. Owners were super nice & the shower house is excellent. Nice and clean, private changing area and hooks, bench for your stuff. The location can't be beat, close to town and not too far from area attractions. Would stay here again, just really wish there was shade and it wasn't quite so expensive so stay here.

If you are in Valentine and looking for full hookups, this is the only place. All the sites are drive thru and have full hookups. It is very clean and sparse,the host is wonderful

Full hook ups at this campground and the spaces were fairly easy to get into. Reason I only gave it four stars was because it’s pretty close to the road with a lot of traffic noise. Husband said the showers were very nice. Sites were nice and level. Close to Valentine, if you needed to pop in to get anything. we were there the first part of October and there was still about six or seven other campers there.

Good: It was a clean, cute little campground on our way to the Bad Lands in South Dakota. The bathrooms and showers were neat and tidy. Only $15/person for tent camping on a great lawn was a plus. I got some wonderful pictures of sunsets just to add to the great camping.

Bad: Wifi was a little weak and lost a few times during our trip.

Future: If I were in the area, I would definitely stop by and spend the night again.

Small park with flat, pull-through sites. Clean bathrooms and showers. Pay extra ($16 each) to fill water tank or dump sewer). Some highway noise but tolerable. Friendly staff.

Perfect little spot for our stay. They have pull through sites that are close to each other. The owners drove through just to check on everything. Stopped to say hello. Wifi was a little spotty but worked great after 9pm. (We are night owls in compairson) overall great campsite.

We found this campground after a quick Google search. The sites were pull through and full hookup.

We really enjoyed our short two night stay at Fishberry Campground. My girls had a blast exploring by the pond and looking at the wildflowers.

This is a very nice campground. I was here for an overnight stay. Staff was very friendly. Sites are large pull through a with full hookups. They state there is free high speed wifi, However, while I was there I was unable to connect and it is not secure! The campground is well maintained and offers a quiet stop for those traveling through. It could also make for a better location for bigger rigs to stop and unhitch so that you can explore the area without a big rig on your back. I will certainly return here again!!
