Just maybe Ok

(1st) Firefly Meadows & Wood River Motel & RV is the same place. Got site 26 a pull thru, all sites in that area are pull Thru with electric water Sewer and No Shade. All are dirt & grass, and this is why it got a 2 rating(very uneven ground) Staff seamed friendly. With long term people and off the road there maybe been 12 sites filled. It was a quite place. Roads where rock but not dusty. There was a bunch of rabbits around and they were not skidish I didn't check any of the amenities. Before We started trip I checked area out for it was about the limit of Our daily travels. And this seemed the best, for a sleep over it works

Off from the busy freeway

Off of I80, however not nosy, cornfield on the other sides. My campsite has a tree on each side. Even though not very big sites, it is shaded,level,concrete, water , electric. Restrooms are updated, nice big showers, water is clean, grounds Are well kept.. i think they are quiet.. will be back, great place for over night, or a day or to to take a break from driving.. they have rooms to stay in..

Fine for overnight

No frills camping for one overnight is exactly what we needed, and what we got. Bathhouse itself was nice and clean, but needed a little maintenance, at least on the women’s side. No playground or amenities besides the bathhouse and laundry. Some kids fishing at the pond were catching small fish. Right off of I-80, next to a large Pilot truck stop with Subway.

Fairly new

Firefly campgrounds is a fairly new campground, around 2 years. The trees will need sometime to grow and the pond needs some work. The sites on the North side are close together. The shower house is nice. Is great for a overnight stop.
