Private RV Spot near Ft Leonard Wood

We have a privately fenced off RV area with a gate that we are looking to rent out on our property in Richland, off of Hwy 7. There are two hookups available, this is NOT accessible to the public. Located near a little bit of everything; 45 minute drive to Rolla, 30 minutes away from Lebanon. Roughly 15 minutes to Ft Leonard Wood base and downtown Waynesville. Extremely close to Gasconade River. This is perfect for seasonal travelers or military personnel looking for something less populated. RV spot includes small shared fenced off area, sewer, water, access to dumpster and electric. NO WIFI, NO LAUNDRY. Well behaved pets allowed that are current on vaccines. We do have livestock on the other side of fence and will not tolerate loose or unruly animals. Rental contract and references required.
