General Overview
Located on scenic Grenada Lake, Hugh White State Park offers the finest outdoor recreation amenities available, all nestled in a setting unmatched in natural beauty. Grenada Lake is best known as a haven for crappie fishermen, but is also well-stocked with bass, bream, and catfish. Hugh White State Park is centrally located between Memphis, Tennessee and Jackson, Mississippi. Developed camping offers 163 sites located at a shaded area near the Outlet Channel below the Grenada Lake Dam and 12 duplex cabins perched on a bluff overlooking Grenada Lake.

Directions
Travel I-55 toward Grenada, Mississippi exit # 206. After taking exit 206 you will turn on overpass to head EAST on Ms. Highway 8. Travel approximately 5 miles from Interstate 55 to scenic rout 333 which begins at the Lakeway archery and service station. Turn left on to 333. At the 333 restaurant turn left toward Grenada dam. After passing the visitor’s center on your right you will be at the beginning of the Grenada dam and will see the spillway below at your left.Turn left again to go to bottom of Grenada dam. Hugh White State Park’s campground office and campground will be directly in front of you when you reach the bottom of Grenada dam on the North side of the spillway.
