Friendly, peaceful, relaxing

This little campground is definitely off the beaten path. We kayaked there from Allegan and was treated to more wildlife viewing opportunities than we could ask for.

Upon arriving we were greeted with smiles and our hosts were more than helpful. They showed us our campsite and provided firewood (which happened to be sassafras which smells heavenly when burned and keeps the mosquitoes at bay) at no extra cost.

It was the perfect end to a perfect day.

I highly recommend spending a night or two here at the river.

Thank you for booking with us and giving us this excellent review! We look forward to hosting you and your family again in the near future.

Little slice of heaven

Love this campsite! It’s close to the river but set back far enough so that during a downpour you won’t be worrying and the drive to get to the site is quaint and peaceful. Will come back!

Private, clean, and relaxing

I Loved this campground.   It was beautiful with solar lights at night and a private beach. Great swimming, in a very private area. It also has great trails for walking. It had air mattresses made up with sheets and blankets, all the firewood provided, a grill full of charcoal. A great way to enjoy the outdoors!!!

Thank you for the wonderful review! We enjoyed our time spent with you last season and hope you will visit us again soon.
