Loons call across Little Wolf Lake each morning while campers wake to lake views from spacious, tree-separated sites. This state forest campground operates seasonally from May through Labor Day, accommodating RVs up to 40 feet alongside walk-in tent sites. The facility sits within a residential lake area but maintains generous spacing between camping spots, with mature trees providing natural shade and hammock-hanging opportunities.
Rustic pit toilets and a central water pump serve the campground, though restroom facilities require a walk from front sites. Fire pits tend to run small, and picnic tables show wear from age and overgrowth. No pets are permitted on the grounds. Lake access supports fishing and swimming directly from the camping area. For different amenities, Lewiston Shady Acres Campground provides full hookups several miles south.
