Crooked lake review

As we part of a two night backpack trip we stayed at crooked lake. The site we stayed at was close to the lake and had a clear path to walk from the site to the lake (which made a great place for dinner). Unfortunately when we stayed the water pump was unavailable, fortunately the camp staff had a 5gal water cooler available (and we pumped and filtered water out of the lake). The pit toilets were very clean and trash cans had been managed well.

Good, private but busy

Nice size sites, relatively private. Rustic grounds so hand pump and outhouse. Nice little lake with a boat launch.
