Located at the midpoint of the C and O Towpath in Williamsport, MD, we offer a great location for outdoor enthusiasts!
A short walk to the slack-water of the Potomac River, our primitive campsite is perfect for biking along the historic towpath and enjoying water recreation like kayaking and fishing. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, our site provides an ideal base to explore the natural beauty of the area.
We offer cruiser bike rentals for easy riding. For history enthusiasts; we are 28 minutes from Antietam National Battlefield, 30 minutes from Fort Frederick and, 48 minutes from Harpers Ferry. For hiking enthusiasts; in addition to the C and O Canal, we are within 35 minutes of several Appalachian Trail access points and various state and national parks: including Greenbrier, Cunningham Falls, Catoctin, Washington Monument
