New management

Don’t let a former bad review chase (pun) you off from this campground. It’s clean and roomy with full hookups for $28 a night. The staff a friendly and helpful. It’s quiet, safe and has a new playground. We don’t have little kids and wish it were a dog park but realistic the world doesn’t revolve around us.

NEVER again!

My husband works out of town and we rented a 30 amp slot at Chase's RV/Weeks Island Rd RV for 1 month starting on 7/15/21. From the start, we had a problem with not being able to have enough power to run our hot water heater, or AC and lights were constantly dimming and outside breaker was tripping. When we spoke to the owner about the situation, he tried to say there was a problem with our RV, but by his own admission stated that they had had 2 different RVs"burn down" in the park. After a week in a half, we moved to another park and to no surprise, have had no electrical issues what so ever at the new park. Although the owner is nice enough, the manager of the property can be rude and obnoxious. When we spoke to the owner about the electrical issue and notified him that the problems resolved when we moved to another park and that the electrical issue is obviously with his park, he declined to refund any of the rental fees. If you value your safety and property, Absolutely no amenities.  Pool has been dug up, no wifi, no cable, and by managements own admission, the laudry and bath house stay locked because a park resident has bedbugs.  Stay far away from this park.
