Milford Lake Loop

The Army Corps of Engineers operates this lakeside campground within Milford Recreation Area, open from mid-April through September. Sites accommodate RVs up to 60 feet with electric and water hookups, plus access to restrooms, showers, and a dump station. Campers can reach sites by car or boat, with some positioned close together according to visitor reports.

Loop A provides direct lake views where campers report hearing water sounds at night and catching breezes during Kansas summers. The facility includes camp hosts and maintained bathhouse facilities. For additional camping choices, see places to camp near Junction City, or consider nearby Thunderbird Marina & RV Resort for a different lakeside experience.

Great View of the Lake

We pulled into this one kinda late at night so didn’t get to fully enjoy it. Sites were pretty close together and there was some event or something across the way that had really loud music until 11p or so. Waking up on the lake was amazing though!

So peaceful

We stay many weeks during the season at this park and it is the best. The camp hosts are so nice and helpful. The showers and bathrooms are very clean. They view of the lake from A loop is the best. Love opening the windows and listening to the water at night. Get a good breeze off the lake also which is a plus in a Kansas summer
