Frieden Park and Campground sits within the Clayton County Conservation Board's Frieden Park, a county-regional property along a river corridor in northeast Iowa. Description
This small park is five and a half miles northwest of Elkader, across the Turkey River from Big Springs Trout Hatchery. This park offers rough camping, canoe access and picnicking. There are three basic campsites available for $15.00/night on a first come first serve basis. Generator use is prohibited at this campground. You can now reserve your favorite campsite online!
This park has access to the Turkey River for canoe and kayaking.
