Nice campground but lots of extra fees

Stayed here 3 nights in October campground has most of the attractions (pool etc) closed as expected but still charged visitors $5 per person per day. And charged $5 per device per day for WiFi.

Good

We spent one night here. The kids really enjoyed the pool but it closes at 8 so plan accordingly. It was quiet and the staff was friendly. It’s clean. The grass was a bit long at our site but they would have easily let us switch. My biggest complaint was that a nearby dumpster was overflowing and in plain view of our campsite- very smelly and an eyesore to look at. Bathrooms were very clean but no locks on any of the doors and clear outer shower curtains in the mens room lacking privacy.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Owner is not customer orientated. Cannot keep a staff or lifeguards more than 1 season. Lost 14+ seasonal rentals just last year because of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We were one of them. Had been there 8 years and every year it keeps getting worse. LOOK OUT FOR BEDBUGS IN THE CABINS!! They won't tell you they had them so make sure you look carefully!! Don't expect any assistance if you need help or have a complaint. Security at night is terrible. People park outside the gate and come in stealing golf carts and everything else. Owners son took golf carts one year and parked them in the woods across the street. IF YOU CAMP THERE DONT SAY YOU HAVEN'T BEEN WARNED!!!

Very nice and friendly

Stayed for a weekend. The campground was clean sites were all very nice and pool was really clean. The dog park was a nice added bonus. It could very possibly become our new weekend getaway

Tight sites, be careful which you choose

RV Sites are stacked on each other. We chose 306 and it was ok by the pond. No misquitos. Our friends had 310 and there was barely room to put their awning out. Lots of kids, pool full on the weekends. Good thing it's close to Bonnieville Park. The tent sites looked nice. Wifi is very slow. Verizon 2 bars

Glamping Weekend 2019

We stayed for a “glamping” weekend in 2019. All women camping weekend... sounded amazing for our group of girls! We had a blast... but not because of Eby Campground. We paid an extra $25 for a wristband that was supposed to allow us into all these great activities including laser tag across the street... except it didn’t! Went to play laser tag... couldn’t because we had on tshirts with the arms cut off. So we were ok with that and were going to run back and change... then it was no the time was up and the group ahead of us wouldn’t be done before the cutoff time. Alright then... so we head to the pizza and wine dinner... except they were out of pizza and there was no wine... there were a couple other things they had planned but didn’t pan out. We were then stalked by the security guy on the golf cart the rest of the night. We were still having fun so we didn’t care about all these things... we went to check out and asked for a refund on the wristband since it was poor planning and not enough information given to the campers about times etc. they refused!! It is a nice campground for the most part with playgrounds and ponds and trails and it was clean but the customer service is seriously lacking.

Lovely local campground

Lots to do here! Trails lead to a local County park - Bonneyville Mill. There’s a roller skating rink and laser tag across the street. Bathrooms were well maintained, although the water hammer noise when you flush is a bit scary at first! Memorial Day weekend was busy with lots of events each day. But not so crowded that you couldn’t enjoy some privacy and nature!

Great Place to take the family

Tons of stuff to do for campers of all ages. Roller skating, mini bowling, laser tag, and an arcade at the fun center. There was a corn hole tournament, a golf cart parade, a wagon ride, and a live band. Fishing pond and river, laundromat, and nice camp store. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back

Good little weekend getaway

Lot sizes do vary, pull through lots are a good size. If you like tent camping this place has a great tent/pop up only section on the river. Excellent dog run. Pool is dated but it actually is open. I tend to use this place to open up my TT or to close it Down for the season.
