Nice sites. Friendly staff. Right on Traverse bay. Literally 2 minute walk to the beach
Very nice campground the wall to the beach was great and was able to view some beautiful sunsets. Big thing to remember for Michigan state parks is no alcohol even in the campground.
Clean with a lot to do. The reason for my 3 star rating is I’m a extended weekend camper the sites although spacious were a nightmare to back into because of the seasonal campers landscaping and small drives. Also not a big fan of having campers so close. It felt more like a mobile home park
Clean fun. The addition to a golf cart parade that the participants tossed dog treats for the dogs. Was a very nice touch.
Stayed for a weekend. The campground was clean sites were all very nice and pool was really clean. The dog park was a nice added bonus. It could very possibly become our new weekend getaway
We visited on one of the Halloween weekends. Lots of things for the kids to do. Haunted hayride and haunted house. We have been going for 10 plus years
Very clean. Nice level sites. Swimming in the lake was refreshing
Very clean, camp sites are spacious and well taken care of. Restrooms and showers are clean. Very nice that each camp circle has a easy in out dump station. The beach is well groomed and taken care of. Already planning our return trip
