- We are 1/2 mile from the Lewiston rodeo grounds and 5 miles from the confluence of the Snake and Clearwater rivers.

Pink House is a large developed recreation site located along the Clearwater River and the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail. This recreation site features camping for RVs and tents, a boat ramp, group facilities, a day use area, flush and vault toilets, a sandy swimming beach (no boats can launch from this location June 1 to September 30), and access to world-renowned salmon and steelhead fishing. Facilities Include: • 15 full hookup RV sites with water, electricity 30 AMP service, sewer, picnic tables, and fire rings • 3 tent campsites with picnic tables, and fire rings • Day use area with picnic tables and BBQ grills • Drinking water • Boat ramp – concrete • Vault toilets - 3 • Flush toilets - 2 • Parking area • NO RV dump station • Open year-round; first come, first served- no reservations can be made • Dogs must be on a leash (6 feet or less) • Garbage disposal on-site. Disposal of any household or industrial refuse or waste brought in from private or municipal property is prohibited and subject to fines. • Campground fees must be paid within 30 minutes after occupying site. • Group day use pavilions, exclusive use: $25 per day (small); $50 per day (large). Pink House Recreation Site

McKay’s Bend, which is jointly managed by the BLM and Idaho Fish and Game, is a developed recreation site located along the Clearwater River and Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail. This recreation site offers developed camping for RVs and tents, group facilities, a day use area, showers, flush toilets, and provides river access. Facilities Include: • 14 full hookup RV sites with water, electricity 50 AMP service, sewer, picnic tables, and fire rings • 2 large tent campsites with picnic tables and fire rings • Showers - 2 (only available to registered campground visitors) • Day use area with picnic tables and BBQ grills • Drinking water • Flush toilets - 2 • Parking area • NO RV dump station • Open year-round; first come, first served- no reservations can be made. • Dogs must be on a leash (6 feet or less) • Garbage disposal on site. ## Overview

Located in northern Idaho's beautiful Clearwater Valley, Dent acres Campground on Dworshak Lake is surrounded by forests and abundant wildlife. Dworshak Lake is 54 miles long, hosts kokanee salmon, rainbow trout and small mouth bass fishing. It has excellent boating, water skiing and hunting opportunities.

## Recreation

Dent Acres is an excellent location for boaters, fishermen, hunters, hikers, wildlife watching, as well as quiet relaxation. There is a boat ramp for access to the reservoir, multiple trails for hiking, and thousands of surrounding acres of public lands for the hunter.

## Facilities

Dent Acres features 49 pull through camping sites and one back-in only site. The campground can accommodate everything from tent camping to large RVs. All sites have water and 50 amp electricity hookups as well as sewage hookups, a fire pit and a covered picnic table. The campground offers flush toilets and shower rooms. Adjacent to the campground is a playground and plenty of open space for activities. There are also flush toilet restrooms and a fish cleaning station located near the boat ramp. There are several large trash dumpsters throughout the park. There is a large open shelter which can accomodate up to 75 people.

## Natural Features

Dworshak Reservoir is surrounded by steep forested, mountainous country. Numerous small creeks feed the reservoir.

Dent Acres

Dworshak National Fish Hatchery is located at the confluence of the North Fork and mainstem Clearwater River, 3 miles west of Orofino, Idaho. The hatchery was built to mitigate for the loss of steelhead trout in the North Fork of the Clearwater River and its tributaries as a results of the construction of Dworshak Dam. Visitors are welcome from 7:30a.m. until 4:00p.m. daily. Please call in advance for information about group tours and dates of hatchery activities.
