Rivers Edge RV Park offers waterfront cabin rentals along the Snake River with basic kitchen facilities including a hot plate, sink, and microwave. These cabins require guests to bring their own bedding and kitchen items, with sleeping areas accessible by ladder steps to loft-style bedrooms. According to one visitor, "If you stay in the cabins, just a note that this is a place where you need to bring your own bedding and kitchen items, however there is a hot plate and sink, plus a microwave." Shared bathroom facilities are available in the campground, though not inside the cabins themselves. Country Corners Campground & RV Park also offers cabin accommodations with access to 24-hour showers, clean restrooms, and WiFi throughout the property.

Cabin sizes range from small units suitable for couples to larger models that can accommodate families. Most locations operate year-round, though availability may be limited during winter months. Reservations are recommended, especially during summer when occupancy rates increase. Showers and bathrooms were super clean."

Most cabin rentals provide beds with mattresses but require guests to bring their own linens, pillows, blankets, and towels. Kitchen provisions vary significantly between properties, with some offering only outdoor fire pits while others include basic indoor cooking facilities. Visitors should plan to bring cooking utensils, dishes, and food supplies, as on-site stores typically stock only limited essentials. Grocery stores in Caldwell provide comprehensive shopping options for cabin campers needing to stock up before arrival. Firewood is available for purchase at several campgrounds, with fire restrictions varying seasonally based on local conditions and regulations. Cabin maintenance quality differs considerably between properties, with some reviews highlighting cleanliness concerns at certain locations.

    Rivers Edge RV Park

    Camping with a River View

This summer we tried Rivers Edge Rv Park for the first time and had a great experience. On our drive up to Pacific Northwest in early August we did tent camping here and in late September we tried the cabins along the river. Wonderful quiet location, good hosts and amazing sunsets on the Snake River. If you stay in the cabins, just a note that this is a place where you need to bring your own bedding and kitchen items, however there is a hot plate and sink, plus a microwave. The ladder steps up to the bedroom was an adventure in itself😛 No bathrooms in the cabin, but there is a community bathroom and shower. One star off because the bathroom really does need to be updated. Shower was a bit grungy. But for everything great about this place, I know we will be back!

    Rivers Edge RV Park

    Beautiful!

Traveling through Idaho and made this reservation online just an hour before arrival. Very simple to reserve.

We have a 38' 5th wheel pulled with a dually pickup. It was a tight fit, but after we were parked, it was awesome. We were in space #5. After unhooking, we did park the pickup across the lane in space they have for extra vehicles. Hook ups were simple. Although the sewer pipe at our site was a little high, so we had to really use risers under our drain pipe to get it to that level. Other sites seemed ground level.

When we left the next morning, we did have to pull out the "entrance" lane, as the angle of the space and smaller area, we couldn't turn sharp enough for the exit lane.

We could watch the sunset over the Snake River from out campsite. No bugs and lots of shade. Quiet campground.......except the duck hunters on other properties.
We didn't use the restrooms, etc. there.

They have very nice metal fire pits and a decent picnic table at each site. If you needed to stay in a cabin, they looked very nice. The larger one with the bathroom, was a beautiful site.

The price was great, especially for full hookups. I wish we could have stayed more than one night.

We would definitely stay there again.

McCormack Campground — Lake Owyhee State Park

    McCormack Campground

We stayed at site 40 at McCormack Campground of Lake Owyhee State Park. We called a few hours I heard and were told that there were several walk up so it’s available. When we arrived this has not changed. The drive up to the park is very scenic with lots of spots for flyfishing. The campground and the facilities ade clean and the views are beautiful. There is currently fire pit and grill ban but propane and butane cooktops are allowed. The water level it was long but still plenty for a swim. There were several fishing water skiing boats on the lake. Would have gladly stayed a couple more days. The only complaint was that the occupants of trailer sites above had their porch/string/rope lights on still at midnight taking away from the beauty of the night sky.

    Rivers Edge RV Park

Best little Campgound in the area!

Best little Campgound in the area! Sits right on the Snake River, large grassy area with lots of shade, Cabins, tent sites, limited full hookups, electric, covered picnic tables, small boat dock, 2 horseshoe pits excellent catfishing, supplied fire rings (you can buy wood there), they just added a TeePee! The host, Turk, and his wife, Meghan, are absolutely, by far the best camp hosts we've ever dealt with. Dogs are allowed. BEST SUNSETS EVER!

    Rivers Edge RV Park

    Such a DISAPPOINTMENT

The cabin we reserved for two nights was such a disappointment, becasue of the time we arrived we forced ourselves to stay one night. The floors were not clean and sleeping on the bed provided was like sleeping on a pie tin. it crinkled and cracked everytinme you moved. The cabin door you could not lock and the bathroom was unbelievably dirty. The shower was more like a drip.

    Rivers Edge RV Park

Would not recommend if you want any piece and quiet!

We arrived for our weekend mid-afternoon on Friday. Parked our trailer in our designated spot in the middle of the grassy area near the horseshoe pits. After unloading, setting up and taking a walk around the park (down to the river, dock, beach area, etc) it became obvious that this was not the place we expected it to be based on other reviews!

We decided to give it some time and benefit of the doubt. Made dinner and ate outside (weather was perfect). During dinner we were treated to the drunken, LOUD ramblings of other campers - complete with foul language at the highest volume possible! Permanent residents at the back of the park left a lot to be desired. Messy camp sites.

There are no hiking trails or places to explore. If you don't have a camp spot right on the water, fishing access is horrible - only super shallow, reed-filled openings. Certainly not what we expected from a riverfront park with great reviews. The fishing dock is a joke, the water near and around the dock is a filthy, grime filled, trash collecting mess!

Tried to get our child to bed before 10pm but was virtually impossible with the level of noise coming from the group area (which was across the park, mind you), not to mention music streaming loudly from several other campers all around. 10pm quiet hour does not seem to matter to the hosts who did nothing to help those of us who expect rules to be followed.

By first thing in the morning, we had found another camp site to flee to and we couldn't get out of there fast enough!

Never again will we be back. Never again.

Country Corners Campground & RV Park

    Cozy and quiet

I have lived here full-time for over 3 years. It is beautiful, quiet, calm, and very safe for children and families. The rates are some of the cheapest around the country, and there is a group site for picnicking with a fire pit. There are tent sites with fire pits as well as RV spots and truck campers are always welcome as well. 24/7 free showers, and laundry @1.25. there is a phone number to call if you get in after business hours or you can just fill out a sheet and find a spot for the night and hook up. Owners are very laid back, and welcoming. We all rely on the old school honor system around here.

    Boise Riverside RV Park

    Nothing special

Glorified parking lot. Sewer connection isn’t threaded, instead they provide you with a rock to place on top of your line so it doesn’t blow out everywhere. Pets are allowed but the only grassy area in the whole park dogs aren’t allowed in. The entire front of the dumpsters had broken glass scattered all over the ground mixed in with the dirt and rocks. And my last complaint BEES!Hornets and wasps were surrounding our outdoor area. The laundry building was clean and maintained. Overall it worked for the 3 nights we stayed but I wouldn’t want to stay longer.
