absolutely loved the place! Longhorns every where, goats, horse, cows. There's little tours they do on their side by sides. The property is huge! and plenty of roaming area. The owners are welcoming and encourage you to explore. Will come back very soon

We had an incredible stay here. The host Paul was amazing. In addition to the beautifully set up RV spot, we got an incredible tour with Paul. It was an experience I did not expect. We are so grateful to him.

Fantastic find and a must check out. We stayed in our RV, with water and 30/50. Septic dump station. Clean showers/bathrooms for tent folks/boondockers. Quiet and gorgeous; as every site has a view of the water, and trees/nature is abundant. Hike along the water on trails, off road biking, and up close viewing of the beautiful ranch animals ( steer and goats ). Owners Paul and Tony were extremely welcoming and personable, as was every person we came in contact with. We were invited on a cattle run, gator search and also an SUV tour of this amazingly beautiful property; which is surrounded by 3/4 water.

Combee Rd/County Rd. 33 Continue for 1.8 miles Turn left onto Mineola Dr Continue for 0.8 miles Turn right onto Fish Hatchery Rd Continue for 0.4 miles Cross Morgan Combee Rd The campground will be on your left before the railroad tracks From the Tampa Area Take I-4 East towards Orlando Take Exit 28 US-92/Lakeland Continue for 29.1 miles Merge onto West Memorial Blvd Continue for 8.2 miles Turn left onto Fish Hatchery Rd Continue for 0.9 miles Cross two sets of railroad tracks Take an immediate right into the campground
