Great place to stay! Clean, friendly and easy access to highways!

This was a great stay and experience. The neighbors are super helpful and friendly, when I couldn’t locate a doggy poop station to discard dog bags, a neighbor offered to collect and take trash to (location unbeknownst to me) dumpster on my behalf. Very clean and convenient access to all areas of Tampa. Great restaurants! The famous Bern’s Steak House is nearby! (I won $100 scratch off so treated myself to a decadent meal at this iconic, legendary institution!) and there’s an RV dealer right next door. If you’re coming for maintenance, this is the place to stay. This park is huge- Over 800 spots! Highly recommend.

Clean & well maintained

Office management were very nice. We left early due to hurricane Nicole. They gave us a voucher to stay there again or at any Sun Outdoor Resort. It’s a huge park with 2 pools. Lots and of full time residents. Our site was by the office which was plenty large for our 42’. Our electric box was a bit tricky to plug in since somehow it was almost on the ground. The roads going back to other units were tight and we could have never made it through. We were there long enough to ck out the amenities. Would stay again. Good location!
