About
State Park
St. Andrews State Park Campground, near Panama City, FL, is a gem for anyone looking to enjoy the great outdoors with a touch of comfort. This place is open all year round and offers a mix of tent, RV, and yurt accommodations. The campground is right on the water, providing stunning views and easy access to some of the best beaches around.
Visitors rave about the clean bathrooms and full hook-ups, making it a convenient spot for both short and extended stays. The park is big rig friendly, and you can even bring your pets along. If you’re into fishing, you’ll love the access to beaches and jetties where you can cast a line. There are also plenty of trails for walking and biking, and you might even spot some deer wandering through your campsite.
One of the standout features is the jetty area, which is perfect for families with young kids. The shallow water and minimal waves make it a safe and fun spot for little ones to play. Just remember to bring your own chairs and umbrellas, as rentals can be pricey.
The campground also has a market, sanitary dump, and showers, so you won’t be roughing it too much. And if you’re into socializing, there’s a large community fire pit and even a built-in corn hole game in the central area.
For those who like to explore, don’t miss out on local favorites like Big Mama’s on the Bayou and Bruster’s Ice Cream. Whether you’re here for the fishing, the trails, or just to relax by the water, St. Andrews State Park Campground has something for everyone.
