Santa Rosa RV Resort

My wife and I never stay for more than 4-5 days, and this is an easy 5-hour drive from Atlanta.  There's people from all over the US in this place, Nevada, Minnesota, Georgia and of course, Florida.  The grounds are always kept immaculately clean, and the staff are as friendly as can be.  The clientele they attract are also extremely nice, mainly snowbirds, staying for weeks or months.  We always love coming here with our electric bikes.  Easy access to places you need...Starbucks, Publix, BW3, New York Pizza District, and we never miss going to breakfast or lunch at Alpha's.

Only complaint, and it's not about the resort, is that the traffic noise from highway 98 can be loud and seems to be getting louder.  Otherwise, this place is awesome, and we will keep coming back.

This is the third or fourth time that we have stayed at this RV resort, each time for 3-4 days.  It is meticulously well-kept and clean.  The staff are as friendly as anyone can be.  The hookups are well-maintained, always clean and easy to use.  Awesome common areas, including clean showers/restrooms, covered recreation/hangout area and beautiful heated swimming pool and veranda.  There are lots waterside, and some lots just a few feet from the water.  They attract a very kind, longer-term clientelle that are always friendly and with lots of pets.  The staff and facilities make this place a joy to stay at, although is seems much louder this most recent time from the traffic, revving motorcycles and emergency vehicles from SR98.

There are a number of shops/groceries/restaurants within walking/biking distance, including Publix, Ace Hardware, Camping World, Starbucks, etc.  Very convenient if you're not dragging a vehicle behind you.  Love this place and will continue returning.

This RV park has a shaded area to play bags and hang out. There’s also a pool with many places to sit with shade from umbrellas and a pergola. There’s 4 bathrooms with toilets and showers. There’s also a dog park and a dog beach.
We’ve stayed here for a couple weeks the last couple of years and it’s been a great experience.

This campground is super clean and conveniently located. We loved the waterfront site……however you have to book well in advance. We were close to several great restaurants and shops. The drive to Santa Rosa beach was just around 10 minutes at most. We didn’t swim or do anything in the sound but next time would possibly rent a boat and Cruze it.

I was really excited to stay here. I absolutely love tent camping, but sadly they do not have tent sites. The app is incorrect.

This is truly a beautiful resort as many have mentioned with lovely grounds, a nice pool, great staff, and truly some of the best sites we have ever seen. However, if you happen to get a site next to the road, especially towards the back of the park, the road noise is intense and unending. There is a traffic light down the road and there is constant loud noise. We would most likely come here again, but would be much more selective on our site. The sites in row 1 and 2 near the water have almost zero road noise, but a little more wind coming off the bay.

This place is immaculate. The grounds, the sites, the pool, the property, the staff. Everything is top notch and well kept. We stayed waterfront but all the sites are so nice. Also, very close to everything (grocery, restaurants, Navarre Beach and the Pier)

A few notes: The traffic on the road the resort sits on is awful so plan ahead. Also, it's near a huge air force base which does large ammunition testing late at night. A couple nights, our camper shook. Not the resorts' fault obviously, but just know in advance if you hear loud noises, that's what it is. The pool is heated but they don't open it if it's not at least 55 degrees by 10am. Lastly, they are no longer a good sam park so no discount available.

Will definitely be back. We loved it!

One night stop but a beautiful stay. The beach is right at one group of sites and even being on the 3rd row, we could see it from our site. The area is grand and lush with flowers and trees and a very nice covered area with fireplace and multiple seating areas for gathering. This truly feels like a resort. There is a shuffleboard area and nice pool with high tops and lounge chairs. There's chairs set up along the beach side to sit at and enjoy the view of the water. The 300 foot pier allows you to walk out and have an even more expanded view. If you prefer,, you can throw out a line and test your luck or rent a kayak or paddleboards and get on the water for a while.

They have nice paved lots with privacy vegetation between lots. Nice pool and clean restrooms and showers. This is a premier RV Park

Clean, comfortable park on the Santa Rosa Bay, which is right across from the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful sunsets and the pool was heated to 87 degrees! Includes a small, dog friendly, beach. Plenty to do nearby if you want to venture out.

The place is amazing. The staff were efficient. The spaces are small but private. This park is what urban camping should strive to be.

Wonderful campsite. The sites are tightly packed in there but it is still private. My wife and three children had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back.

Place was packed but still quiet. Well maintained and very clean. Showers/ bathroom, pool area, fenced pet area, gas fire pit lit at night to meet and greet if you want, access to the small beach and water. Shops near by for anything you want or need. Will stay here again.
