Quiet, Relaxing and Clean

Two nights here and enjoyed it. We did laundry, sat by the pool or watched the sheep grazing on the hill. Sites are a good size and doesn't feel cramped. The store is stocked with essentials and staff is friendly.

Trees, Quiet and Plenty to Do

Qe enjoyed our stay at this site, even though I was only one night. The staff is friendlyband the sites are ok size. We took a nice walk and discovered the pool, game room, volleyball, basketball, bocce ball and horseshoes along with the playground.

Not Recommended

We booked because it shows pull through sites. The campground is 45 min off main road and has ONE pull through. We had a 27' with 12' trailer in tow. We were given a site that we were told we should be able to back in to. When we found it, there wasn't enough room to get in. We went back to the office and said we couldn't get in the site and requested a refund. The girl said she'd leave a message for the Mgr and she would call. She didn't. I I emailed twice and finally got the refund 9 days later. The campground isn't well taken care of with worn dirt roads and looks more like a refugee camp to me. Pass up this one, there's better out there.

Relaxing with Great Views

We are staying two nights here and really enjoying it. The staff is friendly, and the sites are varied. Meaning ours is along the river so we sit parallel with it. Walking out the door is the serene view if the water. Some sites are back in and others are pull through. The laundry and bath houses are clean and welcoming. This campground offers a game room area, horseshoes, a pool and playground. Free use of canoes and kayaks are a nice bonus.

Beach Vacay RV Style

One night stop but a beautiful stay. The beach is right at one group of sites and even being on the 3rd row, we could see it from our site. The area is grand and lush with flowers and trees and a very nice covered area with fireplace and multiple seating areas for gathering. This truly feels like a resort. There is a shuffleboard area and nice pool with high tops and lounge chairs. There's chairs set up along the beach side to sit at and enjoy the view of the water. The 300 foot pier allows you to walk out and have an even more expanded view. If you prefer,, you can throw out a line and test your luck or rent a kayak or paddleboards and get on the water for a while.

Accommodating For RVers

This park is made with the RVer in mind. All sites are pull through and not too close with tree coverage and greenery. Amenities include a pool, volleyball net, ping pong, swings, a nice laundry and bathhouse and a store. The staff was friendly and polite.

Clean, Quiet and Scenic

We stopped for just one night but this is a site you'd want to plan for more. The sites are level and a nice distance apart. The trails are nice and the river makes this site ideal. There is a museum and welcome center with information on Davey Crockett and the area along with a playground and lots of room to roam. The bathhouse and laundry are clean and modern and Camp Host John was friendly and offered any assistance we might require. The site has a replica of Davey Crockett's cabin which was interesting and thought provoking for history buffs like us. The site has recycle ♻️ containers located in the park and that gives bonus points in my opinion👍. The drive to the site is off the main road with hills and turns but with the scenery along the way, you won't mind.

Basic

We stayed one night passing through. Tony was great but the park-not so much. Sites were gravel and uneven. Must have rained a lot recently since the ground was soggy and had puddles. It is evident that there a lots of full timers here. Bathrooms were dated but clean+ and price is small.

Nice, Clean and Well Staffed

This site is a bit off the road so no road noise. Sites are plenty although a little close together so hearing the neighbors alarm go off wasn't too pleasant. The store is well stocked and well staffed and will deliver ice, firewood or pizza to your site. Bathrooms and shower area large and clean. This is okay for an overnighter but with the number of RVs in close proximity I'd pass for a lengthy stay.

Scenic and Restful

Lincoln Parrish Park is a relaxing and beautiful place to park it for one night or six. The park is clean, well maintained and easily navigated. They offer both RV and primitive camping along with a seperate day use area. The lake has a nice path so a walk around it is great exercise and gives the opportunity to see fish jumping and lots of ducks. Pricing is reasonable and the views are relaxing.
