Pretty Park, Awful Management

Nice park, great residents. We had a park model for two seasons. December 2023, we'd been there about a month, our boxer dog caught parvo in the park. As soon as I realized she was sick, I let the park know. We were immediately kicked out. I had already been quarantining her, but they made me leave. It was Christmas time and my husband was in the hospital, they didn't care. It was so unnecessary and cruel. I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay there.

Beautiful old campground

The ground are lovely and people are wonderful but the office management just ruins the experience. One of the ladies is a gossip who pics favorites and is openly mean to those she doesn't like. The atmosphere is oppressive. We were 6/6 residents for two seasons, we had to move somewhere else. I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase or stay for any length of time.

Good Park But Incredibly Rude Office Staff

I was relieved to read other reviews both here and on Google about the rude office staff, because I took it personally at first.  To be fair, there were two office ladies, and one was really nice, I feel like she was excessively nice to try and make up for her rude coworker.  It honestly felt like the lady (the rude one) did not want us to stay there and was trying to say just the right mean thing in order to get us to say "never mind" and leave.

ANYWAY, other than that horrid experience in the office the rest of the park was great.  Clean, well kept, nice laundry and shower facilities.  Other residents were friendly.

We got a 50% off discount via Passport America for our one night stay.

Worst staff in the world

The people who own park models in this park are great! We were here for four mknthes and made many friends.

the office staff and park manager are the worst examples of customer service I have ever encountered. During the four month stay never once in the many office visits was I greeted kindly. Never once!

when we arrived later in the day we were bearded through the process and not informed that if we paid upfront we could save money horrible service....many of the wonderful people we met not only agree but call the office staff mean names...

so sad such a wonderful stay was marred by such horrible customer service!
