Private with lush landscape

Enjoyed the private lot surrounded by landscape and had a nice built in grill as each lot is privately owned. Management was great and helped resolved a few RV issues. Close to the beach with lots of restaurants. Across the street was FAB seafood shop, the oldest fishing village in FL and a nice park.

Seahags (picture below) was great for live music and you can take your dog.

Beautifully renovated since I visited

Holiday Cove is located in Cortez, FL on a canal close to Bradenton beaches. When I last visited there it was being renovated. What once was dirt sites, now are pavers and lush landscape. The campground is now beautiful but has high expectations of their guests. Units have to be like new condition and daily rates have soared to $74+ per night. No tents, truck campers or pop-ups allowed. This may be a deterrent for most. Full hookups are standard here. Waterfront sites are available for premium charge and they even have boat slips for rent. Pool and clubhouse, restrooms, laundry, fitness center and mini golf are some of the amenities.
