Dead Lakes Howard Creek RV Campground sits along the shores of Dead Lakes in the Florida Panhandle, roughly 15 miles from campgrounds near Sumatra. This state park facility accommodates RVs up to 35 feet with full hookups including electric, water, and sewer connections. The campground provides standard amenities like restrooms, showers, and a dump station, plus WiFi access for those needing connectivity.
Campers should prepare for rough access roads leading to the lakeside location. The facility operates year-round with sites ranging from $25-$30 per night, and reservations are available. Pets are welcome at this drive-in campground that serves as a base for exploring the Dead Lakes region.
Description
At the moment we have 40 sites, back ins and pull throughs. 8 of them are standard w/ water and electricity. the other 32 are full hook ups, w/ water, electricity and sewer. there is a camp store on site and a Tackle shop. we will be adding 34 more sites with full hook ups where the old camp was. we also have an aera for primitive tent camping. two lakes on the property for fishing and a boat ramp for access to Dead Lakes for the boats. LP gas is available.
