Central Park of Haines City

Quite a few permanent residents. Probably more than half of the spots are permanent or long-term. Most residents are quiet and maintain things. Some are loud…all of the time. People drive through bumping their stereos all hours of the night. Kids run crazy with little to no supervision. Laundry facility is mostly clean depending on when you visit but is convenient with app. Would stay again but not the best spot we’ve found.

This is part RV park,part mobile home community, and part Vacation rentals. We booked 2 months there in a vacation rental and hooked up our RV a few days for cleaning after our journey while moving to FL. The vacation rental was a nice and well appointed mobile home. It was right across the street from some shady looking residents with a jerk of a dog, but honestly we never had a single problem in 2 months. The RV sites have paved level pads, and the hookups all work, even if the electric looks a little spaghetti like lol. Heated pool, laundry, community center and events that seem very active (we're covid cautious so passed on that), nice staff, offsite RV storage for cheap. NOT a glamorous town but does the job. Egg City diner for breakfast, R- Place for decent dinner on the cheap, good steakhouse around the corner. A pilot station across the street for easy weighing and fueling of bigger rigs.
