Clean, nice people

We found this place traveling through. We didn’t have reservations on a holiday weekend but the staff helped us out. They have a general store and a coffee shop. Hot showers, and clean restrooms. No cell signal and the WiFi is poor - that is the only downside. Would stay here again if I am ever in the area.

Quiet park just off of the road

Nice campground with easy access. The park was clean, and the staff was very friendly. RV sites on the river seemed close together, but the sites next to the mountain felt more private.

5 stars on beauty, 3 stars on no cell poor WiFi

This is one beautiful park located just south of the town of Pagosa Springs Colorado. Great family atmosphere, you even get free ice cream. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fresh eggs available for sale on site. 41 RV spots with chose of Mountainside, Blanco River or large pull through in the center of this beautiful property. Two nights will run you about $119. No Verizon cell, poor wifi but the quietness and beautiful of this location is well worth it.
