Office people are very friendly. Staff escorted me to the site and was very helpful. The grounds are pretty and well kept and clean. Showers were spotlessly cleaned. The river runs right next to the campground.
There is a bus that comes right into the campground and will take you into downtown Steamboat Springs, and it is a free service. It runs until 1130pm. Site 74 was perfectly flat and needed no leveling. Plenty of room for my 30' trailer. I will be returning to this place!

This State Park is really well maintained. The fishing pier is large and easily accessible. You can rent kayaks. Fish cleaning station. Boat ramp. The views are great! Fish right from your campsite.

This is a really pretty place with level sites. Full hookups. One end of the Campground has cabins, yurts, Prarie Schooner wagons, and triframe cabins. All along the gorgeous Dolores River. This would be the perfect spot to meet with friends or family who don't have an RV. We were at site 13 with our 30' Grand Design bumper pull trailer. Plenty of room. Our site backs up to a fishing pond (catch and release). Big, clean restrooms and showers. The town of Dolores is a 5 minute drive… plenty of restaurants and a brewery. Definitely coming back.

Beautiful campground. Spots aren't too close together and are level. I am in spot 22…water, electric, and sewer.Good sized dog park. Miniature golf, pool.
