Denver Meadows RV Park

SUMMARY PRESENTED BYT-Mobile

Full hookups on an asphalt lot define the south section of Denver Meadows RV Park, while the north section offers gravel, dirt, and a small number of concrete pads alongside some trees. The park sits in Aurora, Colorado, and accepts rigs up to 50 feet. Entry requires attention: a sign reading "office" and "do not enter" greets drivers on approach, and the actual turn is just past it to the left. Getting in takes a careful read of the layout.

Reviewers consistently describe the park as low-key and quiet, though experiences vary sharply depending on where a camper lands. The south section handles large rigs well and provides full electric, water, and sewer hookups. The north section has more character but less consistency underfoot. The picnic area shows wear, with peeling paint and splitting table ends. A light rail station is within walking distance, and several chain restaurants are close by, making this a functional urban overnight stop for those moving through the camping near Denver corridor.

Amenities include drinking water, showers, a laundry room, dump station, and WiFi, with reservations available year-round. Pets are allowed. Cleanliness is a recurring point of contention in reviews, with accounts ranging from acceptable to deeply negative. derek D. notes he "haven't had any problems, it was quite." Campers wanting a more resort-style setup may want to consider Hillcrest Village RV Resort, located nearby to the southeast.

Would be a ZERO if possible

just now New Don't give this owner any business. Former homeowners of the mobile home park offered 20.5 million in 2019. The greedy owner Sean L. rejected the offer because he was dealing with the former mayor and counsel to have the area rezoned so he could make more. Hundred or residents were displaced! Karma is a bitch for this greedy owner and the politicians who went along with him. SHAME. Their was a documentary documentary made about the subject of mobile home parks being bought up and raising rents at will. The film is called A Decent Home.

Working nights

My Gf, 3dogs and I have lived here for 2 months +. Haven't had any problems, it was quite, and peaceful. Lots of good food nearby.

The Ghetto

Arrived to spend a week after speaking with a lady over the phone. Asked about a pool, was told yes. Told our stay would cost $731! Upon pulling in we heard hun shots. Saw tons of abandoned houses run down and garbage everywhere. The filthiest “campground” I’ve ever seen. And the pool??? Nothing was clean and a few feet of dirty rain water sat in the bottom of the pool. This place is NOT family friendly and I would never recommend it!

Run Park

The office staff is very helpful. In the south part of the park, it is an asphalt parking lot with full hookups. The north part of the park has trees. The sites in the north section are gravel, dirt, asphalt, and a small number of concrete pads. The south area can handle large rigs. The picnic area is run down, with paint peeling and table ends splitting. The light rail station is nearby but you have to walk along the road part way to get to it. There are several chain restaurants nearby. The mobile home part of the park feels sketchy, but the people we’ve meet seem nice. The neighborhood to the north of the park is nice. Getting into the park is tricky. As you drive up, you see a sign that says office and do not enter. You need to turn left just past the sign. The laundry room seems clean and the machines appear to be in good shape. I did not check out the bathrooms or showers.
