The office staff is very helpful. In the south part of the park, it is an asphalt parking lot with full hookups. The north part of the park has trees. The sites in the north section are gravel, dirt, asphalt, and a small number of concrete pads. The south area can handle large rigs. The picnic area is run down, with paint peeling and table ends splitting. The light rail station is nearby but you have to walk along the road part way to get to it. There are several chain restaurants nearby. The mobile home part of the park feels sketchy, but the people we’ve meet seem nice. The neighborhood to the north of the park is nice. Getting into the park is tricky. As you drive up, you see a sign that says office and do not enter. You need to turn left just past the sign. The laundry room seems clean and the machines appear to be in good shape. I did not check out the bathrooms or showers.
Pros:
Next to a park on top of ridge. Easy hike to Stegosaurus Ridge.
Full hook ups
Friendly staff

Across the street from very loud biker bar that play very loud live music starting on Thursday and plays until Saturday. While they mostly stop playing by 10, sometimes the bands play until 10:30
Sites are very close together
There is not enough parking
During rain or melting snow the place is very muddy
Expensive
