Beautiful river views

Being perched at the edge of this fast flowing creek is quite stunning. Another benefit is that the loud creek drowns out any potential noise and is so calming to listen to or watch. If I were to stay again I’d select a different campsite than the Mt. Pahlone site. It was pretty difficult to level my small trailer here and it’s closer to the work shed than I expected. That’s completely on me, I’m not at estimating distances and they provided the distance. The other two riverside site seemed a little more private.

Honestly I didn’t see a lot of people around and there were only men working at the shed the day I arrived. The WiFi is pretty good and the campsite was spotless. This was a last minute booking for us since we had to change plans to avoid a red flag fire are, and I feel like we were lucky to find such a nice place to stay.

Terrific Spot!

After running into some power issues while boondocking we resigned ourselves to finding a campground.  I'm SO glad we found Creekside Chalets!  They have three campsites with power.  No water hookups but there's a spicket nearby that served our purposes perfectly.

We stayed in the Mt. Pahlone site and enjoyed it very much.  Right next to the creek and just far enough off the road that you forget it's there.  Easy pull through site.  The staff was great and was nice enough to redirect a security light on a nearby shed so we could get full benefit of the stars at night.  Quiet in the evening so all you hear is the creek.  (The odd truck does go by on the highway, but it's not enough of a distraction to worry about)

Would definitely return!

We are so happy the Mt. Pahlone campsite at Creekside Chalets was a good fit for your travel needs. We love listening to the sound of the creek at night and enjoying the stars. Sorry about that light and glad we got the issue resolved. Thanks for staying and we hope to have you back for more wonderful memories at the chalets.
