Not All That

This RV park has huge potential but they need to get rid of permanent dwellers that have let their property decay. Junk cars, nobody seems to follow the rules, and rat problem.

Basic Needs Met

We stayed full-time in the park for two months. Front desk worker, Andrea, is amazing! She will bend over backwards to accommodate park's guests. Pool and hot tub are small, but well maintained. Also, bathhouses were kept clean, too! Some sites are nice and others are...not so nice. Pull-thru sites are well kept. Sites (sorry I don't know the numbers) closest to entrance on the left are the nicest it seems. Everyone who stays in those sites have newer, better maintained RVs. Overall, RV park meets basic needs. I would not mind staying here if I could not find anything else. Not exactly a good part of town, but it is a gated park.
