22ft, 2021 Forest River EVO Travel Trailer, interior features heat, A/C, refrigerator, gas oven and stove, microwave, smart tv, WiFi, toilet, shower, sink, bed, dining table converts to second sleeping area. Exterior features bbq, table, chairs, propane fire pit, private parking space with additional parking on street. Nice view of William Heise Park and walking distance to park entrance. Surrounded by Oaks and a sloping landscape, our property is frequently visited by deer, turkey, squirrels and native birds. Five minute drive through beautiful Julian backcountry to reach Main Street shops and eateries.
