"Cool drive to get to the campground. You drive up and down these hilly roads up the mountain to get there. Once there, there's a parking lot that fits about 20 cars."
"Fun little campground with decent facilities and beautiful surroundings. Lots of trails all around with a nice hike of about 1/2 mile up to Millard Falls that is easy for kids and grown ups."

Nice place, bring your own water
It was a nice place and the people were nice. I checked with the staff on day one if their water was potable. They confirmed everything is potable. My dog had explosive diarrhea day 1 and by the time I got home I had fever and diarrhea. It’s been a rough ride ever since. My dog and I did not share food. We only used the tap as a water source. My husband ate all of our food any only drank store bought drinks. No water. He’s fine. Just me and the dog riding it out. Don’t learn my lesson the hard way. Bring your own water and enjoy it.

It’s fine
Some of the campground seems very nice and some is the exact opposite. Pool is very nice and HUGE. But, there are entire sections of this campground that have just faded into non-existent. The bathrooms aren’t great. There are a lot of stationary campers(or what looks to be…) which isn’t really our favorite site to see. But, it was included with our membership and we aren’t going to leave to go pay for somewhere else.

Great place, great folks
I do recommend. Beautiful, peaceful place. Good folks. It’s right near Magic Mountain theme park and many useful stores nearby: Home Depot, Walmart, Target, genetic stores, movie theaters. I’ll camp here again.

Never got response to reservation
I never had the chance to stay at this site. We’re so disappointed as it seems amazing. My reservation request expired and I never heard from them.
The reviews in Hipcamp are all so positive but none are newer than Aug 2025. So I wonder if they’re just not booking anymore. Seems strange based on the effusive praise of the host. Hope they’re ok.
Wanted to leave this review so others are aware that they should have a plan B if they attempt to book this site.

Stayed here for one night tent camping. No one in sight in the tent section. Good spot with showers and restrooms. The pool and spa were open.

Amazing private camp rental through a great organization
We booked Camp Eaton for our wedding, and we love the camp and staff so much that we've gone back to visit and stayover for special occasions. All of the staff are incredible, just good people. The bookings are only available for groups and you must reserve in advance. It's also a great non-profit org to support!
The camp can accomodate 120 guests over night through a combination of yurts and cabins. They have their own well, so fresh water is available. Amenities include: large dining hall, kitchen, bathrooms, showers, and laundry. Amazing activites on the grounds include: swimming pool, sports areas, archery area, rock climbing, and even a zipline ride. There is amphitheater with a campfire ring Picnic area with barbecues. The location is a short distance from bouldering near Horseflats and Mt Hillyer and hiking trails including the PCT.
