To enjoy spectacular ocean views from the best spot in the park, you can now select "EOV38WS" to reserve Site 1. There is a 14 day maximum stay for this site.

  1. Guests can book no more than thirty days during the summer season from June to October. 2. Guests can book no more than six months during the winter season from November to May. 3. Guests can include either June or October in their six-month winter stay. 4. Guests can stay no longer than six months in one calendar year. **CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES:** 1. Any reservations cancelled (3) weeks before the arrival date will be charged a $10.50 cancellation fee. 2. Any reservations cancelled between (3) and (2) weeks before the arrival date will be charged a $10.50 cancellation fee and (1) night’s stay. 3. Any reservations cancelled (2) weeks or less prior to the arrival date will not receive a refund and will forfeit their stay. 4. Refunds will not be issued for any early check-outs. 5. Reservation changes will no longer be allowed due to the abuse of the previous policy in place. Bella Vista by The Sea

COMMUNITY RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Pets:
  • No dangerous dog breeds allowed. Including, but not limited to Pit Bulls (whether full-bred or mixed), Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf hybrids, Chow Chows, Akitas, and Doberman Pinschers.
  • Pets must be leashed at all times and cannot be left unattended anywhere in the park.
  • Clean up after your pet.
  1. Fires:
  • No fires permitted in the park with coals, embers or sparks
  • Propane fire rings and BBQ's are permitted
  • Bonfires are permitted on the beach at the creek mouth across the street from the park.
  1. Quiet Hours: 9:00pm to 7:00am (7 days a week)
  2. Speed Limit: 5 MPH
  3. Trash/Recyclables: Place all in dumpsters adjacent to park entrance
  4. Laundry Rooms: Open 24/7 year round
  5. Secure and Maintain Your Site: Please secure any items you leave outside your RV and maintain your site free and clear of trash, debris, junk and other miscellaneous property. The park is not responsible for any loss or damages

Walk to beach, pier, trails and nice town of Cayucos.

Accurate description in other reviews. This is a mobile home park with RV sites(FHU). This lends to a different experience, but a good one. Walking distance pretty much anything. Ride or walk out of Bella Vista to beach, pier, trails and town. Had back in site# 66. Lots of maneuvering room for our 35 feet TT. I'd go back.:-)
