Many campers appreciated the exceptional $5 nightly rate and well-maintained facilities including clean restrooms and reliable WiFi. Note this is a members-only American Legion property for military veterans.

Very Well Maintained Campground for Vets

We are dry camping on this property for $5 a night. The bathroom and shower are very well maintained. There is a bar and part time restaurant. Monthly full hookup rates are very reasonable.

Great opportunity to support the American Legion

Open parking lot available for camping at the American Legion in Borrego Springs for military veterans. Some spots have full hook ups. Minimal cost to stay there. Think it's 5 or 10 bucks. They have a flush toilet, shower and, of course, a bar. Cash only for the booze and dinners. 

I like staying here during the Tierra del Sol event. Close enough to access TDS and far enough away from the craziness.
