Description

The place is up on the top of Quail Terrace, Ben Lomond, CA. It is a single spot off the side of the cul-de-sac. It has beautiful valley views! Water and electricity (30 amp) are provided. There is no septic.

This is a Sandhill Habitat. "The Santa Cruz Sandhills are unique communities of plants and animals found only on outcrops of sandy soils derived from marine deposits. The Sandhills include isolated populations of two lizard species and the last known population of the Santa Cruz kangaroo rat' (Though I have never seen them!)

This is a side yard off the main house where I live.
