This park was incredible. We were originally supposed to be on site 41, I think, but we couldn't get level with the 3% grade. The staff was super helpful and we found another site, but without full hook ups, so we stayedess than our whole desired stay. Internet was spotty with Verizon and ATT, which baffled me, but it wasn't great. We loved the park, wanted to stay longer, but didn't make sense for us.
Great little city run campground i. the middle of the city park. Lots and lots to do, from the river, hiking, biking, and the amusement park.
Great little campground in North Little Rock. Part of a large park including tennis, golf, playgrounds, etc. Beautiful in the fall. The sites are fairly close together and mixed with tents & campers. Mgmt is very helpful!
Realized late in the day we wouldn't make it past Little Rock. Called at 4:00 which is after hours and call was returned promptly. Nice lady said 2 sites left and we didn't have to pay in advance. Right off I40 but you don't hear traffic. Campground is in the woods in huge city park. Water and electric and dump station. Might need 2 hoses for water some sites share spigot. Be careful some big ditches off sides of roads - make wide turns. Will stay again.
We just moved family to the Little Rock area and needed somewhere to stay with our 16 foot airstream, this place was perfect! Super clean and the area is beautiful. The woman who helped us with our reservation was wonderful and the process to check in after hours was super easy. We’ve definitely found our regular spot whenever we visit!
Love this spot! There is so much to do in this park, I love it. There is golf, disc golf, dog park, baseball and softball fields, cabins, archery, amusement park, and more! It’s very family friendly and pet friendly so everyone can enjoy the fun. It is very clean and fairly quiet. It also isn’t far from society and stores, so if anything is forgotten then it’s not a big deal to go grab something. I go to this park at least once a month and always find something new and fun.
We stayed here with our dog and the place was super friendly. It felt like being in the forest. It had many trees that provided a lot of shade. It’s secluded but just minutes away from everything you could need. The park is clean and quiet and was very very enjoyable.
We stayed here to try out our new camper without going too far from home. It's not the most beautiful campground, but it's nice enough. Some of the sites have full hook up and others don't. There is not way I'm aware of to make online reservations, but you can call or stop in. There is a disc golf course and mountain bike trails in the Burns Park as well as a golf course and several other activities. The staff was nice and the facilities were clean.
Carolyn is a a great host and set us up with a spacious primitive spot. The surrounding park is gorgeous and the amenities are very, very clean. Loved our night here!
