Travelling north on Hwy. 7 from Russellville, you will pass through a small town called Sand Gap. After going through Sand Gap in about 4.5 miles you will come to a turn to the right to get on Hwy. 123. Take this right turn and go about a half mile. You will pass the Lurton fire station on your right and the next left after you pass the fire station is Lurton Loop. Take this left and the campground is on your left. Travelling south from Jasper on Hwy. 7 you will pass the Whodathunk It Convenience store on your right. After you pass this store you will go aproximately one mile and come to a turn to the left that is a cutoff road to Hwy. 123. This is Lurton Loop. Take this left and the campground will be about a tenth of a mile down on the right.
