The campground features clean facilities, including showers and toilets, which visitors have found adequate for their needs. Many appreciate the friendly staff who are ready to help, as one camper noted, “Staff was friendly and helpful.” While the sites are gravel and can feel a bit close together, they provide a decent space for a night or two.

Can’t beat the price, but—

We stayed Mid May, ghost town, everyone who could had left. All felt kind of desolate.

RV site had everything water, sewer and electric. Lots of weeds and nothing else.

Showers adequate, Clubhouse house even sported its own large kitchen! People playing cards in an adjoining room were rude.

Only necessity could make me return! Paid for 2 nights & LEFT after one.

Decent and good price

We stayed here for one night and we had a nice experience. Showers and toilets were okey, full hookup meant that the summer sun was bearable, and the service was good. We had a spot quite close to the entrance, so it was a bit loud in the morning with the garbage truck and train, but nothing extreme. The camp spots seamed a bit close, but we did not have any neighbors. Seems like there are a lot of regulars here. Good price

Cheap but would not stay again.

We needed propane upon arrival but we were told only till 1130 am do they dispense propane. We were only staying for 1 night. The next morning we pulled to the propane tank and the woman at the counter stated it was only from 11 till 1130 am. It was 10 am at the time. They only dispense propane for 30 mins each day! I asked her if someone could possibly do it outside of the hours. She was very irritated but did ask someone to come up and help us. The man who helped us was also irritated. Our site was very basic gravel pull thru with sewer, water and 30 amp. The whole campground is only 30 amp. They have a lot of permanant residences around the perimeter of the campground.

Good for One Night

North Ranch is an Escapees RV park with large gravel lot and closely spaced sites. Full hook up with only 30 amp available. There is also another area for dry camping. This is a good place if just passing through and need to do some laundry and dump and fill and take a nice long shower. The sites are fairly close as most RV parks are, clean flat gravel sites. Nothing special but nothing much to complain about either.

Road noise was constant as was ATV use as many of the campers had them. Covid restrictions in place and a mask is required.

Amenities:

2 laundry areas with washer dryers for$1.25/each open 24/7

Dog walk and fenced in dog park near the main road

Showers Cactus garden walking area- very beautiful and well care for

Propane on site

Recycling bin- mixed recycling accepted

Garbage dumpster

Dump station(was closed when we were there)

Exercise room

Back in sites are$23 for escapee members and$28 for non members. Pull through sites are a few dollars more.

Weak Verizon and AT&T with occasional streaming if you don’t mind waiting for buffering.

Stay away

This place is a dump. Dirty, dusty gravel parking lot with people right on top of you. Spaces are not even close to level. Not the place to hang out if you have Covid concerns. Might be ok for a quick overnight. Better to head south to Wickenburg and check out their dispersed camping and RV parks
