TravelerHighly recommend this park. The amenities are fantastic and if you are a rail fan you can watch the Grand Canyon Railway go and return every day. Close to I-40 so some noise there but all of Williams is like that. There is a helipad not far and there is some noise from the air ambulance coming and going at any hour of the day but also kind of fun to watch.

Only drawback due to rain there’s long ruts from rain runoff so a little rough going into the campground, Big rigs try and stay in sites 1-5, #1 will need extra level jack blocks
ScoutThe first time I came to this campground, I came on my own with a small teardrop camper. I found it to be clean and the people very kind and helpful. I couldn’t help but thinking how much fun my grandkids would have because the place is literally created for families.
Last week I took my six and seven-year-old grandchildren. They had so much fun! They rode the train, went to the movies, swam in the pool, went panning for gold and had ice cream! My hope is that they would fall in love with Camp camping, even if this was truly Glamping. We stayed in one of the cabins and it was wonderful.
ScoutHorse Heaven we were surrounded by beautiful horses in lush green pastures our dog enjoyed walking around the farm. Visiting the horses that were roaming throughout the pastures we were able to offer them apple slices and enjoy their warm muzzles on the palms of our hands. RV hookups were quiet clean and easy to setup our camping site. Nashwa Farms is open YEAR AROUND to allow their guests to enjoy visiting the Historic Verde Valley

However the sites are very close together, narrow campground road and many trees made getting into my site extremely challenging. When making your reservation don’t fudge on your camper length because there is no room for error.

But, I made due after a shower had passed through. After I got set up and the power had came back on. I Went and took a well needed shower. The facilities were clean and kept up. This is a DOW campground and you must be current/former military or DOW civilian to use it. Nice location, plenty of trees, but if you are in an RV things are tight. Only a few spots are capable of handling a 30' unit and even then maneuvering into the site will be challenging.
