Not bad for a night’s stay, especially if you’re not using their facilities. We had full hookups and spent most of the night in downtown Flagstaff, just needed somewhere to park the rig.

They did verify our friend’s dog’s rabies shots records, if that applies to you.

There are no fire rings or picnic tables, at least not at the sites we saw. The shade provided by the pines was nice and the road nearby wasn’t as loud as I thought it would be.

Overall, not great on amenities but good hookups and nice setting.

Not great for newbies

This was only the third RV park we have stayed in so it was a little jarring for us newbies. If you’re a seasoned RV-er who doesn’t need to rely on a campground for their public shower or WiFi, then this might be the place for you! It was not, however, the place for us. WiFi didn’t work at all unless you were right next to the office. The bathroom were...rustic and not super clean. Overall, we disliked the amenities, but I will say that the pine tree setting was pretty. Stay at your own risk.

Appaling,Disgusting,horrific,Rip-off and misleading

We booked a night from browsing the web.We were under the impression that this was a safe, clean and comfortable site to stop over for 1 night enroute to the Grand Canyon. What a scam!!!

The manager Diane has no clue what people relations skills are and does not belong in the hospitality trade. We left within minutes of arriving there. The showers and laundry are filthy and you just don't feel safe

We thankfully managed to get a site at Woody Mountain campground which is next door.Clean, accomodating with competent staff

Kit Carsons should be shut down and Dianne should go and work with anything other than people.

You are warned!DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.Oh they conveniently have a no refund policy
