Not great for newbies

This was only the third RV park we have stayed in so it was a little jarring for us newbies. If you’re a seasoned RV-er who doesn’t need to rely on a campground for their public shower or WiFi, then this might be the place for you! It was not, however, the place for us. WiFi didn’t work at all unless you were right next to the office. The bathroom were…rustic and not super clean. Overall, we disliked the amenities, but I will say that the pine tree setting was pretty. Stay at your own risk.

Nice RV park

Pros: polite staff, clean bathrooms, full hook ups, close to Sedona. Cons: right off the highway so you can hear the traffic

My only complaint was that there wasn’t enough lighting throughout the park so it was hard to find the bathroom once it got dark. Otherwise it was a convenient and pleasant stay.

Perfect for first timers!

This was our first stop after picking up our rental RV for the first time. We arrived after the office was closed, but they had our bathroom keys and paperwork ready for us in the box outside the office. I’m not sure if they knew we were newbies or we just got lucky, but our spot was right in front of the main office and next to the bathrooms. We had a short stay because we’re off to other sites in AZ, but I would highly recommend this clean, family friendly park, especially as a newbie.
