Rustic, Inexpensive Full hookup RV park

Spent 3 nights with water and electricity for $20 a night.  Check in process involves a phone call.  If the very friendly lady doesn't answer just find a spot and she'll catch up to you. I used this as a base camp while exploring Fort Bowie.  If you have limited mobility and want to see the fort there is a way to do it.  If you have a handicap placard follow the road to the admin area.  At a locked gate call the provided phone number and they will open the gate and give directions to a cement pad and a ramp taking you to the visitor center.  Very easy and pleasant experience.

Friendly folks. A bit rough around the edges.

Ok. It's Bowie Az. Now $25 a night cash. Full hookups and a laundry that's affordable. Showers were clean with good pressure and plenty of hot water. Lots of full timers and winter campers. But everyone was friendly and kept to themselves. Highway noise was barely noticeable. Good for a night or couple of days to explore the area. Safe travels.

Nice spot for an overnight stay

This place is right off the highway but was still pretty quiet. Everyone there was so nice and friendly. And FHU for $20 a night? You can’t beat that!

Great place cheap friendly

The lots are pretty level of the people are really nice. 10 bucks for electric only 24 full hook up cash. It’s right off the freeway.

One night

Thought about staying on BLM Land but temp was predicted for 28. Discovered this little gem for 20.00 with electric! Such a friendly group of people. I considered I-10 as my “white noise “ and did not bother me. Good Verizon signal and clean restroom. Pet Friendly. Quail crossing in the campground!

Sweet little park

We really liked this simple little RV park. Friendly and has character, even though it's like many other RV parks with the large gravel lot.   Nice backdrop of the mountains.  We liked the music vibe of the place, and that it is such a laid back and welcoming place.

Right off highway 10 so you get the road noise. Park has large gravel/dirt sites with hook ups. 

Rate is $20/night with laundry, showers and bathrooms. 

Pet friendly. Staff friendly as well.

Simply but convenient!

Can't beat $10 for a tent. We slept under 2 pistachio trees with fresh nuts. Showers included, very friendly staff. Would recommend.

Take a trip down Music Road for a great stay!

Alaskan RV Park is conveniently located off of I-10 at Exit 366 near Bowie. The park features affordable RV sites at $20/night. The sites are all spacious pull-throughs. There is a dump station on site($10), and water refill available (based on tank size, but not more than $20). The park is handicap accessible and pet friendly. No breed restrictions. Tenting is also available. There are showers and laundry available. Alaskan RV Park is Bowie's best kept secret as it was the site of the Sideman Jamboree each year and featured music from country stars. The park hopes to bring music back to the stage in the future.
