Excellent Campground
Basic Forest Service campground, with picnic table, fire pit, but also a paved pad (nice because it poured two of our ten nights). Very quiet and not very busy this time of year. Sites are very private and well-spaced. Pit toilets were extremely well maintained and clean. $15 per night. One…

Nice place near a historic lake
Nice campground with all the basics of a National Forest Campground. The sites offer each site a fair amount of privacy. They are all suitable for trailers and tent camping as they provide a level tent pad in each site.
I'm only giving 4 stars because the campground is about a mile from the lake.…

In Land O'Lake, WI, at intersection of County Rt. B and US Rt. 45/State Rt 32, take Rt. 45/Rt. 32 south 2.2 miles to County Rt. E. Turn left on Rt. E and go east 2.7 miles to West Shore Rd. and campground sign. Turn left onto West Shore Rd. and go 1.2 miles to another campground sign. Turn right at sign onto West Shore Landing (Forest Rt. 2220) into campground.
