About five miles west of Merrillan, Clark County Russell Memorial Park operates as a county-managed campground on the shores of Lake Arbutus from May through November. The facility accommodates RVs up to 25 feet with full hookups including electric, water, and sewer connections, plus a dump station for larger units.
Campers can access sites by driving in, walking in, or arriving by boat directly from the lake. The park provides standard amenities including restrooms, showers, drinking water, and WiFi connectivity. Pets are welcome, and reservations are available for advance planning. Dilly's Hatfield Resorts sits just southwest for those preferring a resort-style alternative.
