Welcome to Overlook RV Campground & Cabin Resort, a brand-new campground nestled in the beautiful mountains of Romney, West Virginia. We’re starting our journey with 19 RV sites and will continue expanding as we grow, with plans for up to 75 RV sites and 30 cabins.
Guests can enjoy a peaceful mountain setting with beautiful views and amenities including our campground store, dog park, pond area, internet café, bath house, swimming pool, and event building as we continue developing the property.
Whether you're traveling in your RV or looking for a relaxing cabin getaway, Overlook is a place to slow down, enjoy the outdoors, and make memories with family and friends. We’re excited to welcome our first guests and build something special here in Romney, West Virginia.

At this time, Slanesville Pike Rd has a bridge under construction. The barriers make it a little tight to pass through, so we strongly advise avoiding this road completely. To ensure a smooth trip, please use the following route to reach us: ● Take Exit 317 from Rt. 81. ● Head North on US-522. ● Turn left onto 127 West. ● Continue straight onto Route 29. You will pass Slanesville Pike Rd—DO NOT turn here due to the bridge construction. ● Continue straight on Route 29, then turn right on Rt. 50 towards Romney. ● Take a right onto Jersey Mountain Rd, which will lead you directly to our campground on the left hand side. ALTERNATE : Rt. 81 to US 522 to Rt. 50 towards Romney then right on Jersey Mt. Rd (This Route is scenic but has steeper grade hills and curves)
