Wonderful spot

Cute park with bathrooms and boat ramp. Very few people on a Wednesday night. No cell service. Palouse falls is a short 30min drive for something to see.

near Palouse falls

This site was cool, ran by us army corps. 24 sites that are free, first come first serve. There was a boat launch as well as a day use area with a bathroom. On the other side of the park there were the camp sites with picnic tables at each spot. Fires were not allowed while we were there. There was postage stating watch out for rattle snakes but we did not see any. The fishing must have been good as a lot of people were out on the water. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset here before going to bed.

Nice campground

This campground is nice with lots of grass areas for tents. There are a few pull in spots for RV/Campers and a dump area.

If it was not for the trains on the other side of the river it would be called quiet.

There is also a boat launch area too.

Lake Sacajawea!!!

This place is so much fun with plenty of history wrapped up in it! It was fun to splash around and fish in the water, but the scenery is unbeatable!
