Lake Creek Campground

SUMMARY PRESENTED BYT-Mobile

Accessing Lake Creek Campground requires navigating roughly 3.5 miles of overgrown road with low overhead clearance and sections that narrow to a single lane, making it best suited to cars, SUVs, and smaller tents rather than larger rigs or vans. The campground sits tucked into dense woods within Wenatchee National Forest, with vault toilets on-site and room for only a handful of campers. The river and creek are not adjacent to the sites, and the trail leading toward water and views was reported as poorly marked and overgrown. Campers who prioritize camping near Wenatchee National Forest with a remote feel and don't mind rougher access will find this fits that brief, though those expecting easy trail access or spacious clearance should look elsewhere.

Small RV’s Only

The last 3.5 miles is overgrown with little overhead clearance. Our sprinter van was constantly getting tree scrapes on top. One + lane with sections very tight. Campground was nice and secluded with old vault toilets. River/creek was not close to site, and trail was poorly marked and overgrown. I was unable to actually find trail after 30 minutes. Site is best for autos/suv access for tent campers. Maybe smaller trailers. Site was pretty but buried in woods … very secluded. I believe the trail would access nice views if I could’ve found it. Best for those looking for remote feel. Two other campers there when we were there. To us, not worth the time and poor access drive.

Sitena … didn’t stay
