Fairchild AFB FamCamp

Military families with base access can set up at this 24-site FamCamp on Fairchild Air Force Base, which operates seasonally from mid-April through mid-September. The campground provides full hookups for RVs along with additional dry camping areas when sites fill up.

Access requires military credentials and entry through the Rambo Road gate during business hours. Sites sit relatively close together, following standard military campground layout, with some shaded areas available depending on placement. The facility maintains clean restrooms and showers, plus an on-site laundry room that reviewers note as well-maintained and affordable.

"Very clean, shaded camping," reports cheryl C., highlighting the facility's upkeep standards. The campground includes a convenient dump station and provides WiFi access. Base amenities like the commissary and PX store sit within easy reach of the camping area.

Reservations help secure spots, though daily availability often exists for both full hookup sites and overflow dry camping. For civilian campers exploring the area, Willow Creek Retreat offers an alternative option about two miles east.

Very clean, shaded camping. The laundry room was well maintained and very affordable. If you have access to military facilities I strongly recommend it.
